Parasite Infections – Bottom Line, They’re Sneaky

Parasites can be detrimental to our health, causing symptoms like digestive issues, fatigue, irritability, skin rashes, and allergies. Parasites are a normal part of our body’s flora, but when they grow too high in number, symptoms can result. If you’re considering a parasite cleanse, here are a few tips to help you figure out what’s best for you:

  • Testing for Parasites: Diagnostic tests like stool analysis, blood tests, muscle testing, or bio-feedback scans can help identify the presence of parasites and determine their specific types
  • Herbal Support: Incorporate anti-parasitic herbs known for their effectiveness, such as black walnut, wormwood, clove, oregano oil, mimosa pudica, & garlic. Consulting an herbal medicine expert is crucial, because many people react adversely to some of these herbs
  • Intestinal Support: Enhancing colon health with probiotics can help to promote healthy bowel movements. A binder is usually suggested (diatomaceous earth, chlorella, charcoal, etc.) to help grab and push toxins out of the body that are created as the parasites die off
  • Detoxification Support: Stay hydrated, engage in activities that induce sweating, and support liver function with herbs and drainage remedies. Coffee enemas (handout on my website for this) and/or colonics can be great to get rid of parasites too
  • Foods to Avoid: During the cleanse, it’s advisable to avoid dairy, grains (especially gluten-containing grains), pork, and raw fish, which can be potential sources of parasites. Pairing a parasite cleanse with food sensitivity testing can help identify intolerances and optimize the healing process
  • Follow the Moon Cycle: Aligning a parasite cleanse with the moon cycle, specifically during the full moon phase, can enhance its effectiveness. This is due to things like serotonin production, and the moon’s effect on water (think of what it does to the tides – we’re all made of water & so are the parasites)
