Top Rated Women’s Health Naturopath in Cambridge Ontario

Book your appointment here with Dr. Tanya, Certified Naturopathic Doctor.
Improving your health doesn’t have to be complicated. If you’re ready to start feeling better and want clear answers about what’s going on in your body, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Free consultations available.
I regularly help patients with digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, perimenopause, weight management, fatigue, allergies, and stress-related symptoms. My focus is identifying the root cause of your concerns and creating simple, effective treatment plans that help you feel better. When your labs are ‘normal’ but you still don’t feel well, there’s usually a deeper reason.
Your first visit includes an in-depth clinical evaluation to understand your health history and guide treatment. When needed, testing may include vitamin and nutrient testing, hormone testing, food sensitivity testing, metabolic testing, and more.
I am a fully certified Naturopathic Doctor registered with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO). Since 2017, I have provided both virtual and in-person visits to patients across Ontario, with my clinic located in Cambridge.
My approach integrates evidence-informed natural therapies including:
  • targeted nutritional supplements
  • herbal medicine
  • acupuncture
  • nutrition and lifestyle counselling
  • mind–body strategies
  • medical referrals when appropriate
At our clinic, you’re welcome to bring multiple concerns to each visit, and we take the time needed for you to fully understand what’s happening in your body and how to move forward with confidence.
If you feel like your body has changed and no one has explained why, you’re not alone. Hormone shifts, metabolic changes, and stress can create symptoms that are often overlooked. My goal is to empower you with clear answers and practical solutions so you can create lasting improvements in your health.
